The production by J. and H". Tait of "Irene" at ihe Grand Opera House is proving highly popular in Wellington. Last night there was again a numerous audience. There are many, delightful musical numbers of the type that appeal to present-day audiences. Such are "The Alic4 Blue Go<vn,! "Irene," and "Tho Cast.le of Dreams." Miss DoTothy South .'s a charming leading lady, who' acts cleverly and sings sweetly. She is ably supported by * company of clover players, singers, and (lancers.
