James Baldwin was fined 40s for breaking his prohibition order, and Elizabeth Wilson £1 for a like offence. _ 'Agnes Greig, who had addressed some indecent remarks to some small boys who,' she alleged, had annoyed her, was sharply reprimanded, and was ordered to. pay a fine aud^ costs amounting to £6. Leong Ming was fined IDs and costs for having sold cigarettes after hours. J.-E. Fitzgerald and A. H, Nixon admitted that they had failed to supply particulars of their businesses to the Government Statistician under the Census and Statistical Act.
