Bolshevist anticipations in regard to the Turkish Nationalist advance tq the. east appear to be reflected in an aclvice ■from Tiflis that, owing to an ultimatum by the Armenian Soviet Government to Turkey, the Turks have evacuated Alexandropol. The Armenian Soviet, backed by Moscow, is also reported to have demanded ,the immediate evacuation of Kars, the withdrawal of all Turkish troops to the 1914 frontiers of Armenia, and full and immediate reparation for the damage done by the Turkish troops in Armenia. >
