THE LAND AND INCOME TAX (ANNUAL) ACT, 3920. INCOME-TAX PAYABLE. Land and Income Tax Office. Wellington, 20th January, 1921. BY Ordor-in-Council, made and issued by His "Excellency the Administrator of the Government -in-Counoil on the 24th day of September, 1920, under the authority o£ the above Act, it was determined that the respective duties by way of In-come-tax and Special War-tax, leviable under sections 3 and 4 respectively of the said Act, should be paid in one sum on Monday, the. 7th day of February, 1921, at the office of the Commissioner of Taxes, Government Buildings, Wellington; and. in accordance with suoh Order-in-Council, I hereby give notice that the Baid duties will bo payable accordingly. Additional tax will accrue if the tax is not paid on or before 28th February, 1921. The liability to pay is not suspended by any objection. Tho tax should be paid on or before the prescribed' date, otherwise the additional percentage accruas; any overpayment will bo''adjusted by refund.
