MELBOURNE, 18th January. Mr. A. Poynton, Federal ■Minister of Home and Territories, has announced UmMie has further considered the case of Esmonde, and has decided, in view of information he has just obtained, to refuse to permit him to land in Australia, even, if he took the oath of alkgiance.
