BYLAW CASES
Bylaw cases were dealt with by Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., at tho Magistrate's Court yesterday, afternoon.
J?or exceeding- tho speed limit in earn or on motor cycles, Gorald Corvisee was fined 10s on each of two charges, Charles W. Anderson 20s, Frederick Ernest Quayle and Eric Dimmock £3, and J. Staples £2. Each defendant was also ordere-d to pay costs. . ', .
Stephen H; Matterson, I. P. Helmlins, and Douglas Seymour wero each fined 53 and costs for having insufficient Hghte on their vehicles. .
, William A. Morris and Joseph Taylor were fined 10s for haying left vehicles unattended in the city, and George M'D'onald was convicted of a similar offence and ordered to pay 7s coats.
Sydney Sadler, who had allowed a horse to wander, was also ordered to pay costs.
