The disaffection amongst the members o£ the New Plymouth Citzens' Band was brought to a head recently by the resignation of Mr. F. W. C. M'Leod, the conductor, and the chairman and secretary. The matter was postponed until last night, when the Citizens' Band Committee met the bandsmen and discussed their grievances, the outcome being that the resignation of Mr. M'Leod was accepted, and the others were asked to withdraw their resignations.
