STRAND THEATRE.
"Up Stairs, 1' at the Strand Theatre, features Mabel Normand in a pleaaing role. Mabel, in borrowed plumes, creates uncontrollable merriment. A spica of adventure is introduced, and Mabel does some weird "stunts" ■with ail express elevator and a chandelier. Charlie Chaplin is also showing in "The Immigrant," and the latest Gazette completes a fine programme.
