Earle "Williams, in "A Master Stroke," showing at the 'Empress, plays the part of i'ale Durant, A-ho, after thirty years of idleness and squandering, began life anew. The thought of a girl saved his life. It gave him a new start, and caused him to plunge into Wall-street and put over "a master stroke." It is a, feature filled \vi£h.'comedy and suspense. There are enjoyable supports.
