LONDON, 17th January
Do Valera, writing to the Lord Mayor of Dublin, in support of the proposal to form an Irish White Cross Society,' to relieve the suffering in the neprisals areas, compares Ireland's present situation to the time when *con£criptiou, threatened her, and says : "\Ve must act as a united, disciplined people to meat the present threat to our existence."
