Pillichody, crossed Mont Blanc at a height of 13,000 feet, in a 250 horse-powier biplane, carrying two passengers. [The summit of Mont Blano . has a height of 15,782 feet.] (Received October 9, 9.30 a..m.) NEW YORK, Bth October. A cable message from St. John (Novel Scotia) states that two Canadians who started on a flight from Halifax to Vancouver crashed shortly afterwards. Tho machine^ was wrecked, hut the aviators were uninjured.
