A light criminal charge-sheet was iealt with by Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., m the .Magistrate's Court yesterday. Sleanor Hadfield was fined 10s for drunknness' —a second, offence; John Mack, Vith two previous convictions, was fined 31; William Richards, a prohibited person, and with three previous convictions, t-as-fined £I—los for drunkenness and 0s for a breach of the order. Frederick I. Penny was charged with having >een 'drunk, and with the use of obscene language on iLambton-quay. Defendant, a trimmer op a ship in port, vas fined £3 for the language and 10s or drunkenness, in default seven days' imprisonment. William R. Norman, who was before the Court the previous day on a charge of having forged the name of another person- in applying for a _taxi-ca.r driver's license, was charged with having failed to comply with the terms of his probation on a jjjroviouS; offence.
