BOWLES.—In loving memory of Private Jesse Bowles, fourth son of George and the late Mary Ann Bowles, of Carterton, New Zealand, who died of sickness in France on the 7th October, 1918; aged 44 years. Deeply regretted. . His cheery smile and. loving way Are pleasant to recall; He had a kindly word for each, He died esteemed by all. He's gone, but not forgotten, {Though we often speak his name, < Nothing ia left to cheer us But his photo in the frame. Inserted by his loving father, brothers, and sisters. MOOKE.—In loving memory of 2nd Lieut. W. H. Moore, 10/2454, who died pf wounds received in France on the 7th October, 1917. One of the noblest and best. Beloved by all who knew him.
