STRAND THEATRE.
"The Third Degree," stan-ing Alice Joyce, is the feaUire at the Strand Theatre. The story has to do with some of the methods used by the American police in their efforts to make an accused person admit a crime. Charlie Chaplin is appearing in "The Property Man." Excellent supports are provided. Commencing to-morrow (Friday), Mildred Harris plays the lead in a drama entitled "The Price of a Good Time."
