It is proposed '■ that the .Act shall bo. amended on the^ lines of the existing law in California, providing for the establishment of an "Industrial Accident Commission," oomposed of three members whose duty it shall bo to insist upon adequate provision for the comfort, health, safety, and general welfare of any and all employees and those: deponctent upon them for support to the extent of . relieving them from the consequences of any injury' incurred by employees in the course of their employment, irrespective of the fault of any party.
