E.F.C.A. DISPUTE
'Representatives ot tho E.F.C.A. conferred with the Prime Minister and General Manager of Railways regarding the new rates of pay. It is understood that r.o final settlement was arriyed at, but serious trouble is not anticipated. The differences are mainly in regard to the interpretation of the new' agreement.
