LYALL BAY OWL CLUB
Tho Lyall Bay Owl Club heid a ladies': night in tho Tower on W-ednesday when an' oxcollent and varied concert programme / was presented. Every item was thorough- • ly enjoyed by the largo audience, encores being frequent. Songs were contributed by Miss Brammell, Misses Milford, Mrs. M'Lennan, and Messrs. Milsom and '• Roderique; Mr. A. Blight gave a clever exhibition of club swinging, and -Mr. Frank Andrews^ showed remarkable skill at tho piano, his ragtime playing being exceptional. A popular item was a selection by Mr. T. Ward on the Xylophone. Mrs. Milsom. and Mr. B. Mayall played tho accompaniments. After the conclusion of t'aa programme daccicj wfi» indulged in.-..
