SANDON MOTOR FATALITY
WARREN NEWTH BEFORE • SUPREME COURT.
(XT TELEGRAPH.—PESSS ASSOCIATION.) PALMERSTON N., 12th August. Hearing of the charge of manslaughter against { Warren Newth, in connection with the motor collision which took place at Sandon on 20th May, by which Messrs. A. E. Eglinton, A. E. Penny, and Frank Kilmaii lost their lives, commenced in the Supreme Court to-day. After accused had been charged, the Court adjourned to allow the- jury to inspect the scene of the accident. Newth, who had previously been on bail, was detailed in cwWdtf.
