. Messrs. Harcourt and Co. report that there was a fair attendance at their rooms yesterday, when two properties, Nos. 12 and 14, Cumberland-place, 6 rooms, 21, Queen-street, Petone, and a section at Vogeltown were offered. The bidding not reaching the reserves, the properties were passed in, and are now in the hands of the auctioneers for private sale.
