DUCHESS-RUAHINE INQUIRY
The Magisterial inquiry into the circumstances of the recent collision between the Duchess and Buahine while the latter vessel was berthed at the Queen's Wharf will be opened at 10.30 o'clock to-morrow morning. Two assessors have been appointd—C'aptair S. G. Smith (nautical assessor) .and Mr. W. Hood (engineer assessor).
