Mr. H. Ernest Leighton reports that at tliesale held yesterday on behalf of Mr Colin Holmes, Waiwetu-rond, Lower Hutt, both properties were sold under the hammer—the block oE 2 acres 1 rood 15 perches at £290 per acre, the smaller block of 1 aero 1 rood 23 .perches at £300 per acre.
