CTN.'IffB fBESS ASSOCIATION.—COrXiUSIU.)' SYDNEY, 11th August. The delegates from New Zealand who are seeking to have the potato embargo removed, Mr. Cockayne (Government Biologist), and Messrs. Buxton and Lindsay, have arrived. They have already got busy interviewing Governmental heads and other* interested. When they have concluded their negotiations in Syd-' ney, they will proceed to Melbourne.
