SHEARERS' HOURS
SYDNEY, 11th August.
The New South Wales Graziers' Association maintains its determined attitude against accepting the shearers' demand for a 44-hour wesk, and claims that 23 sheds have already started on a 48-hours basis. The shearers deny that any members of the union have started on the graziers' terms.
