TENNIS
NEW ZEALAND CHAMPIONSHIP.
Auckland will have plenty of good tennis at the end of December and beginning of January. The Davis Cup challenge round will.be played on 28th,' 30th, and 31st December, and it has now been arranged that the New Zealand championships wil' be commenced on New Year's Day.*' Several of tfie Davis Cup players are expected to take part and, in addition, the members of the New South Wales team which is comingover on tour will also be present.
