LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL
The Legislative Council met at 2.30 p.m.
The Leader of the Council (Sir Francis Bell) gave notice of his intention to introduce the Legislative Council Amendment, Hawkes Bay Rivers Amendment, and the Acts Interpretation Bills. The Crimes Amendment Bill, received from the House of Representatives, was read a second time pro forma and referred to the Statutes Revision Committee. (Proceeding.)
