TOKIO, 25th July. The Imperial Household of Japan has issued a bulletin stating that the Emperor is 'suffering from neuralgia of the liip joint and diabetes. He is recovering slowly. He considers State affairs, but does not attend ceremonies or- grant audiences. Best is still necessary.
