(BI IILBORAPB.—PR2BS ASSOCIATION.) . NAPIER, 16th June. In the Supreme Court to-day Matunga Tukureaho was found not guilty of indecent assault.. Turei Rarere not guilty of cattle-Btealing, and F. 0. Amos (telegraphist) not guilty of opening a postal packet (a telegram). Hearing of criminal casea has now concluded, and in all the-. defended cases a verdict of not guilty was returned by the jury.
