It is now stated that Herr Mueller has not yet been requested to form a Cabinet, and the newspapers are sceptical as to his ability to form one on a firm basis. The latest suggestion is to create a coalition comprising representatives of the unions of industry and agriculture with party members acting in a supervisory capacity. ■ . ' .
