Mr. Walter Long, First Lord of the Admiralty, stated in the House of Commons that the cruisers Thetis, Intrepid, Iphigenia, and Vindictive, the blockships sunk at Ostend and Zeebrugge during the war, would be presented to Belgium ac a free gift.
