CHR.ISTTANIA, 16th April. The All-Russian. Trades Union Congress has. resolved on the necessity of the .workers submitting to military discipline at work, aJeo in favour of a. campaign against attempts to avoid work, and the adoption of a system of feeding the workers in proportion to the economic and social importance of their labour.
