STOCKHOLM, 16th April.' Dr. Kapp has arrived here, and was arrested, as his passport was not in«ord'er.
COPENHAGEN, 17th April. Kapp's passport was not «vissd, and bore a false photograph. Ho arrived from .Germany by aeroplane, and proceeded to Stockholm. He met a. party of engineers and proceeded to their club, where he .boasted freely over a punchbowl, in consequence of which his identity was established. His right of asylum is unquestionable.
