PARIS, 17th April. M. ■ Millerand, on being interviewed, confirmed the seriousness of the news from Berlin. H« says he had a visit from Ik)rd Derby this morning, who told him he feared a fresh reactionary coup, d'etat. M. Milleraud added : The workers' movement in the Ruhr is not in the least Bolshevik, but is directed against the revolutionary troops. Thus far no JSeichswchr troops have been withdrawn from Ruhr; consequently there has been no question. ..of our evacuating Frankfort. ;
