SHORTT'S THEATRE.
"The Flame of Life," the first feature of tie Swedish Bio Company to reach New Zealand for some years, was shown at Shortt's Theatre to-day. The story is full of dramatic interest, of human nat-' ure, and has several really big thrills. It shows the development of a man's character from a careless boy, through bitter experiences, until he realises the greatness and responsibility of life and love. The weekly review and a picture showing how motor-cycles are made are ateo on the bill.
