TRADE WITH RUSSIA

(Received April 16, '10 a.m.) NEW YORK, 14th April. The American Commercial Association states that a Canadian firm has offered to forward American goods to Russia under the British flag, and that the feeling in the' United States is .intense for the resumption of trade with Russia through the lifting of the blockade.
