To-morrow night in tho Concert Chamber of the Town Hall Mr. Thomas Watton, of Feilding, who has a high reputation as a lo'ituror and public spanker, will jrivc a lecture on "Tha Scot—in War, Lave, Life, and Humour." The' Robei't Burns Club, under whose auspices the lecture will be given, has arranged an excellent programme, consisting of pipe selections; Highland dancing by Miss Daisy M'T.ollan and juveniles; sones by Mrs. M'Lood, Charles Moore, Martin Duff, and Verdi M'Kenzie.
