UNREASONABLE BYLAWS
<R TELEQKAPI.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.) NELSON, 30th March. Reserved judgment was given to-day in a case in which a man was charged with driving a motor-car on Haven-road at a speed greater than 12 mOes an hour, contrary to the Nelson City bylaws. The Magistrate (Mr. Evans) held that the bylaws in question were. unreasonable and void, and dismissed the information.
