"Extra War Risk Premiums charged by the Australian Mutual-Provident S6ciety during the recent war upon policies of its members shall be a First Charge upon the interest earned by the Society upon its funds since sth August, 1914, and to be earned thereon in future in excess of the amount of interest which would have been so earned if the average rate of interest earned upon its funds since sth August, 1914, had not exceeded the average rate thereon during 1914, and the Society shall repay out of such excess interest, as and when it is available, an amount equal to the said respective extra war risk premiums to the holders of policies who have paid, such premiums, or if deceased to their representatives, or to the persons who, though not holders of such policies, have paid such premiums, and apply to the Society for a repayment of same within six months of the passing of this Resolution." Any Member unable to attend tha Meeting personally may vote by_ proxx, A form of prosy may be obtained by any Member on written or personal application at any Office of the Society.
