RED PROPAGANDA
SOVIET FOR UNITED STATES COURIER TAKEN AT RIGA. (AUSTRALIAN - NEW ZEALAND CABLE ASSOCIATION.) WASHINGTON, 30th March. The State Department announces that it has received a-, message from Riga stating that a Soviet courier was captured carrying documents signed by Zinoviev, and urging the American Communist Party to. overthrow the bourgeoisie. The cornier was en route to the United States. The documents stated that it was necessary that the Ameri-> can Federation of Labour should be dissolved, and a Communist Piu-ty established iv the closest relationship with the I.W.W. and the One Big Union movement.
