EASTER WEATHER PROSPECTS
The small depression in the South is still lingering a.boufc Foveaux Strait,-and westerly gales have been reported ,at Bluff and Half Moon Bay this morning. It is, however, likely to pass soon, and the barometer is due to rise again slowly everywhere. Cloudy skies may bo expected, with heavy .squalls and showers in tho region of Foveaux Strait. Fair weather is likely to rule, though it is too, soon to speak of the prospects for the weather during the Easter holidays. There is a chance that the present weather will hold until Easter Sunday, but there is a possibility of a change during the days immediately following.
