PRESIDENTIAL VETO EXPECTED. (AUSTRALIAN - NEW 'zEAMHV CAULS ASSOCIATION.) (Received March 24, 2 p.m.) _ WASHINGTON, 23rd March. President Wilson, it is understood, intends to veto Senator Knox'a resolution, declaring peace with Germany. It is the Presidential intention to withhold the Treaty until the Congressional elections.
