The fortnightly "social" was held last evening at the Y>M.C.A., Willisstreet, when there was a large attendance of members and their friends. A pleasant evening was spent and the programme included musical games, competitions, vocal, and instrumental items. These " socials" will be a permanent feature of ,<she association's activities during the winter months. To-morrow night, in connection with the association's literary and debating society, Mr. Richard Brown will speak oh "The Key of Knowledge. This will be the first meeting of the literary and debating society, and all members of the association interested are invited to be present. The meeting will also be open to the public. Before Mr. Brown introduces his subject a moving picture of Charles Dickoas's "A Tale of Two Cities" will be shown.
