LONDON, 22nd March.
The Daily Mail gives details of recent discoveries likely to throw great light upon heart disease. They are principally the result of researches by the eminent specialist, Dr. Thomas Lewis, the outcome of the investigation of thousands of war cases of fibrillation, of which the analysis and understanding are now almost complete. The paper is informed that further steps'giving greater insight into the malady have almost been reached and may reveal the secret of this disease of the heart. :
