.' NEW YORK, 22nd March. The Pekiu correspondent of the New York Times reports that it is announced that Japan i not prssing China to renew the Chmo-Japanese military agreement of 1918. It was at first feared that Japan might, under the agreement, force China to participate in operations against the Bolsheviks in Siberia^
The administration of the Chinese Eastern railway has been reorganised, securing a Chinese majority on the directorate. .-■"..■
