The New York Times Berlin correspondent interviewed Herr Eric Kuttneiy editor of the Vorwaerts; who said : "Noske must resign, since his own party demands lv's retirement. The army will be thoroughly reorganised, and only such officers and men may continue to serve 'as absolutely refused' to > serve Mder-Luttwitz. The Stuttgart Government has already taken steps to reform tho army, which will bo its first and principal task upon returning to Berlin." . '■ .
