(Received March 22, 1 p.m.) LONDON, 19th March. A Stuttgart message states that Herr Noske (Bauer's Minister for War) has resigned. Herr Bauer, in a speech in the National Assembly, emphasised that yon Ludendorff was the first to visit Kapp JM the chancellery.
