PROGRESS RETURNS ' OUTCOME VERY DOUBTFUL. (EXITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.—COPYRIGHT.) SYDNEY, 21st March. The progress, returns of the first count leave the issue of the election very doubtful. While all parties are still confident of winning, the' Opposition stands an excellent chance of securing a> majority. Mr. Bfclman's position at Coota--mundra- is not yet secure. Messrs. M'Girr and Loughlin, Labour candidates, have a long lead, whila the Progressive candidate is running very close for the .third seat. The number of. informal votes was very high. SYDNEY, 21st March. The latest election figures indicate the return of 29 Nationalists, ,39 Labour, 10 Progressives, 2 Independent Nationalists, 3 Independent Labour.' Seven sea.ts are doubtful. The Labour Party estimates that the_ position will be 50 Laboxir, 25 Nationalists, 15 Progressives.
