It is considered that the Allies^,trade policy will be facilitated by the deci^ sion that the Japanese Siberian forces —as the Czechs evacuate—shall gradually concentrate on the " Manchurian. border, endeavouring to avoid collision with Red troops. Japan will not reply to the Soviet's peace overtures, but will sanction trading with Russian co-opera-tive societies.
