PER ANNUM, rjIHE WELLINGTON HARBOUR ■M. \BOARD invites tenders for the purchase of Five Hundred Debentures of One Hundred Pounds' each, bearing interest payable half-yearly at the rate of FIVE POUNDS TEN SHILLINGS PER CENTUM PER ANNUM. Interest is payable (and principal repayable) free of exchange at the National Bank of New Zealand, Limited, Wellington, or any of its branches throughout the Dominion. The Debentures will have a currency of Twenty Years, and will be issued at par. Tenderers of the highest premium will have preference, and to tenderers at par (£100), Debentures will be allotted proportionately to the number applied for. No tender below par will be considered. Each tender must be accompanied by cash or cheque (if cheque, with exchange added) for the full amount of tender. Interim receipts will be given for such deposits and the amounts credited to the tenderers after allocation, when, as soon as practicable, the cheques or cash of unsuccessful tenderers will be returned.
