The Waitangi split her mainsail on two occasions, once off Seatoun on Saturday afternoon, and again off Island Bay on Sunday. Following wore the handicaps: —Waitangi (Smith and Rowell), scratch; Wanderer (HatSeld and Clark), 60min; Galatea (Scott and Jordan), 160min; Seabird (H. Roberts), 200min; Romp (F. Ibbotson), 220min; Viking (Headland), 24Omin. The Viking did not start, and the Seabird, though a Btarter, did not finish. Mr. H. Smith was handicapper.
