EMPRESS THEATRE.
Crowded audiences on Saturday witnessed "--he first screening at the Empress Theatre of the new World film drama, "The Love Net," in which that gifted child actress Madge Evans is featured. Besides being 'a delightful story it provides a study of._ fun, frolic, and simplicity, with a child's influence- triumphant. ' Another sensational episode of Pathe's great serial, "The Lightning Raider," featuring Pearl Whito, is in eluded in the programme.
